Our introductory sewing machine workshops cover all the basics of sewing techniques and the use of sewing machines, including needles, tensions, threads, stitches, plus darts, machine gathers, facings and understitching, plus princess seams. (Everything you need will be provideed, so no need to bring anything with you).

Saturday mornings 10am – 12.45

Cost: £55 (max 4 people)

This will be reduced to £10 if you subsequently purchase a sewing machine.

Would you like to master using an overlocker? Come and do this workshop and you will learn all aspects of using and understanding an overlocker. It includes how to thread and balance you tensions, what stitches to use, when to use 3 threads and 4 threads, how to do harrow hems and rolled hems, sewing in the round and much more. Cost £65

(£50 refund will be given if you subsequently purchase an overlocker)
